The 1920 Stanford football team represented Stanford University as a member of the Pacific Coast Conference (PCC) during the 1920 college football season. Led by Walter D. Powell in his first and only season as head coach, the Stanford compiled an overall record of 4–3 with a mark of 2–1 in conference play, placing second in the PCC. Home games were played on campus at Stanford Field.[1][2]

On November 6, Stanford defeated Washington, 3–0, in Seattle. It was the final game ever at Denny Field,[3] the predecessor of Husky Stadium, which opened three weeks later.
