Led by third-year head coach David Cutcliffe, the Rebels compiled an overall record of 7–4 with a mark of 4–4 in conference play, placing in a three-way tie for third in the SEC's Western Division. Ole Miss played home games at Vaught–Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Mississippi.
