The 2004 MAAC men's basketball tournament was held March 5–8 at Pepsi Arena in Albany, New York.[1]
Top-seeded Manhattan defeated Niagara in the championship game, 62–61, to win their third MAAC men's basketball tournament.[2]
The Jaspers received an automatic bid to the 2004 NCAA tournament.
