The 2010 Mid-American Conference women's basketball tournament was the post-season basketball tournament for the Mid-American Conference (MAC) 2009–10 college basketball season. The 2010 tournament was held March 6–13, 2010. Top seeded Bowling Green won the championship over second seeded Toledo.[1] Lauren Prochaska of Bowling Green was the MVP.[2]
