The 2010 Norfolk Island legislative election was held on 17 March 2010 to elect the 13th Norfolk Island Legislative Assembly, the prime legislative body of Norfolk Island.[1]

Following the elections, David Buffett replaced Andre Nobbs as Chief Minister on 24 March, having returned to the Assembly after losing his seat at the previous election in 2007.[2]
