The 2013 Sacred Heart Pioneers football team represented Sacred Heart University as a member of the Northeast Conference (NEC) during the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by second-year head coach Mark Nofri, the Pioneers compiled an overall record of 10–3 with a mark of 4–2 in conference play, sharing the NEC title with Duquesne. Due to a head-to-head win the Duquesne, Sacred Heart earned the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Football Championship playoffs.
