The 2024 Chicago Fire FC season is the club's 26th year of existence, as well as their 27th season in Major League Soccer. This is the fifth and final season for sporting director Georg Heitz, who would leave following the season's conclusion.[1] The Fire ultimately failed to qualify for the playoffs for the seventh season in a row, the longest in team history and longest active streak in MLS.
