The 2024 Civic Platform presidential primary will be the third Polish presidential primary election after the 2010 and 2019 primaries for the Civic Platform party. The primary will be organized by the party following the decision by Donald Tusk not to run for president again (he lost in a runoff to Lech Kaczyński in 2005) and then served as prime minister from 2007 to 2014 and from 2023 now on. Two main candidates emerged: Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski nad Mayor of Warsaw, candidate for president in 2020 Rafał Trzaskowski. The voting will take place on 23 November 2024,[1] and the party's nominee would be announced on 7 December 2024 in Silesia.[2]
