The 2024 Detroit City FC season was the club's sixth professional season since the club was established in 2012, and the team's third season in the USL Championship. The club finished with their best record since joining the league, going 15W-11D-8L to finish with 56 points, an improvement of 15 points from their 2023 campaign and 2 points and 1 win from their 2022 campaign, their previous best finish in the league.
