21 West Bay Street is a historic building in Savannah, Georgia, United States. Located a block south of the Savannah River in the Savannah Historic District, the building dates from 1821.[1]
In 1984, the significance of the building was recognized by the Historical American Buildings Survey.[2] That same year, architectural students of the Savannah College of Art and Design determined that William Jay was the building's architect.[2]
