Aaron Hamill (born 20 August 1977) is a former professional Australian rules footballer, who is best known for his time at the St Kilda Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL) when he briefly captained the club. He also played five seasons with Carlton.

Hamill currently serves as the backline assistant coach of Carlton.
