Abderrahmane Benkhalfa (Arabic: عبد الرحمان بن خالفة, July 2, 1949 – April 23, 2021)[1][2] was an Algerian financial expert.[2] He was general delegate for the Algerian Association of Banks and Financial Institutions,[1] and director of the Bank of Algeria.[1] He was Algerian Minister of Finance.[1][2] He was also a member of the Finance and Credit Council at the Bank of Algeria.[3] He was described as being pro-private-sector.[4]
