Al-Sari ibn al-Hakam ibn Yusuf al-Zutti (Arabic: السري بن الحكم الزطی) (died November 820), also known as Al-Sari ibn al-Hakam al-Balkhi served twice as the Abbasid Caliphate's governor of Egypt.
