Alexander Semenovich Vinokurov (Russian: Александр Семёнович Винокуров, born 12 October 1982 Moscow) is a Russian businessman. He is one of the main owners of the privately held investment company Marathon Group and the largest shareholder of retailer Magnit.[1] Vinokurov was added to the EU Sanctions List on 9 March 2022 for providing a substantial source of revenue to the government of the Russian Federation during the Russo-Ukrainian War.[2][3]
