Allegany Township is a township in Potter County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 397 at the 2020 census.[2]
Allegany Township is unusual in that it uses a variant spelling of the word Allegheny more commonly associated with the state of New York in its name. Most other entities in Pennsylvania use the "Allegheny" spelling.
