Amanda Aguirre (born February 6, 1953) is a Democratic politician. She served as an Arizona State Senator from 2006 to 2010 and as an Arizona State Representative from 2003 to 2006 for District 24. In May 2012, Aguirre announced that she was entering the race to represent Arizona's 3rd congressional district.[1]
