Ana Flávia Castela (born 16 November 2003), also known as the Boiadeira,[2] is a Brazilian singer-songwriter and instrumentalist.[3][4][5] She began her musical career in 2021 with her debut single "Boiadeira" and, in 2022, she became known nationally due to the success of the song "Pipoco", her partnership with fellow singer Melody and musician DJ Chris no Beat.[6][7][8]

Born in Amambai and raised in Sete Quedas, on the border with Paraguay, Ana Flávia frequently visited her grandparents' farm, in that neighboring country, and it was there where she recorded a home video singing "Vaqueiro Apaixonado", by singer Loubet, who became It went viral and made her pursue an artistic career based on this recognition. Since then, the singer has been releasing singles in partnership with other musicians, in the agribusiness genre.[9][10]

Castela began her career in 2021, releasing "Boiadeira", a composition with Us Agroboy, which earned her the nickname. Between 2021 and 2023, she released songs such as "Neon" and "As Menina da Pecuária", among others, with partnerships such as Melody and DJ Chris no Beat. In May 2023, the singer recorded her first album, Boiadeira Internacional, live. The project was released in four different EPs, the first three being released in the same year and the last released in 2024. Still in 2024, she announced her second live album, Herança Boiadeira, which was recorded on his ranch in the city of Londrina and will be released in 2025.

The artist is now recognized as one of the disseminators of agribusiness in Brazil, and won, in the "Newcomer of the Year" category, the 2022 Multishow Brazilian Music Award and the "Não Nasci, Estreei" category of the TikTok Awards 2022.
