Anniken Scharning Huitfeldt (born 29 November 1969) is a Norwegian historian and politician for the Labour Party. She has served as the Norwegian Ambassador to the United States since 2024. She previously held several ministerial roles under Jens Stoltenberg between 2008 and 2013 and then foreign minister under Jonas Gahr Støre between 2021 and 2023.
