Aranthangi railway station (station code: ATQ) is an NSG–6 category Indian railway station in Tiruchirappalli railway division of Southern Railway zone.[2] It is a railway station serving the town of Aranthangi in Tamil Nadu, India. This station was first opened on 31.12.1903[3] along with Pattukottai to Aranthangi section before independence. This station located in the thiruvarur -karaikudi section one of the longest stretch in the division.
