Arthur Shelby Jr. is a fictional character in the British television period crime drama television series Peaky Blinders, created by Steven Knight. Played by Paul Anderson,[1] Arthur Shelby Jr. is the older brother of the protagonist Thomas Shelby. Arthur is a member of the Peaky Blinders and the deputy vice president of the Shelby Company Limited.[2]
Anderson has been confirmed to play Arthur Shelby in the upcoming Peaky Blinders film.[3] Although the television series is set in Birmingham, the cottage where the character of Arthur Shelby lived is actually located not far from Liverpool, in the village of Rostherne near Tatton Park in Cheshire.[4]
