Arturo Montiel Rojas (born October 15, 1943) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He was a governor of the State of México and a federal deputy. He contested the PRI's nomination for President of Mexico in the 2006 election before dropping out.^[1]
