Thura Aung Ko (Burmese: အောင်ကို [àʊɴ kò]; born 4 January 1948)[1] is a Burmese politician and the current Minister of Religious Affairs and Culture in the Cabinet of President Htin Kyaw. Aung Ko is a former senior member of the Union Solidarity and Development Party and was a member of the House of Representatives from 2010 to 2015.[2] and he turn into allie with National League of Democracy after winning landslide victory of 2015 General Election.
