Brigadier (Dr.) Bal Dutt Mishra is a retired officer of the Indian Army, and presently Lieutenant governor of Ladakh.[2] Previously he held the offices of Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Governor of Meghalaya & Governor of Mizoram.
