Ba Htay (Burmese: ဘဌေး, pronounced [ba̰ tʰé]) was a Burmese businessman, administrator, the Chairman of the Multi-Party Democracy General Election Commission[1] and one of the pioneers of the now-extinct Scouting movement in Burma.
