Baktash (Persian: بکتاش)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Baktash District of Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.[4] It was the capital of Zarrineh Rud Rural District[5] until the capital was transferred to the village of Satelmish-e Mohammadlu.[4]
