Bantry is an unincorporated community in, and former city in McHenry County, North Dakota, United States. As a census-designated place, the population was 6 at the 2020 census.[3] It is part of the Minot Micropolitan Statistical Area. Bantry was founded in 1905. Bantry was founded by Irish settlers.[4] The City of Bantry dissolved in November 2019 and the area reverted to Bantry township.
