The Battle of Sokal was a battle between the army of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Kingdom of Poland under the command of the Grand Hetman of the Lithuanian Prince Konstanty Ostrogski against the army of Crimeans, which took place on August 2, 1519. The battle ended with the victory of the Crimeans.
