Berihu Aregawi Teklehaimanot (Tigrinya: በሪሁ ኣረጋዊ; born 28 February 2001)[1] is an Ethiopian long-distance runner and the current world record holder in the 5000 m road race and the 10,000 m road race.
At the Paris 2024 Olympics, Berihu won a silver medal in the 10,000 m,[2] and he placed fourth in the 10,000 m at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Berihu won a silver medal at the 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships.
At age 17, Berihu won a bronze medal in the 10,000 m at the 2018 World Under-20 Championships.
