Betsy Brooks Carr (born July 27, 1946) is a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 78th district, which includes part of Richmond and Chesterfield County.[1] She served on the School Board in Richmond, Virginia, from 2006 to 2009 before being elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in the 2009 General Election.
