Bill Huang (Chinese: 黄晓庆; pinyin: Huáng Xiǎoqìng) is a Chinese serial entrepreneur.[1] He was the leader in China Mobile Research Institution in 2007.[2] In 2015, Huang founded CloudMinds Inc.[3][4]
