Robert A. Brady (born April 7, 1945) is an American politician who served as the U.S. representative for Pennsylvania's 1st congressional district from 1998 to 2019. He was the ranking Democrat and Chairman of the United States House Committee on House Administration from 2007 to 2019.[1] He has served as Chairman of the Philadelphia Democratic Party since 1986[1] and is a registered lobbyist for NBC Universal and Independence Blue Cross.[2]
