Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (IATA: BRO, ICAO: KBRO, FAA LID: BRO) is 5 mi (4.3 nmi; 8.0 km) east of downtown Brownsville, Cameron County, in the U.S. state of Texas.[1]

The Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport serves three airlines, six air taxis and offers two fixed-base operations (FBOs) for general aviation. The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015 categorized it as a primary commercial service facility.[2]
