Coarse bulgur

Bulgur (Turkish: bulgur; Armenian: բլղուր, romanized: blghur; Persian: بلغور, romanized: bolġur/balġur, lit. 'groats'),^[1] or burghul (Arabic: برغل, romanized: burġul),^[2] is a cracked wheat foodstuff found in South Asian cuisine and West Asian cuisine.
