(Consultants to Government and Industry Incorporated[2]) is a Canadian multinational information technology consulting and Software Development company headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. CGI went public in 1986 with a primary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.[3] CGI is also a constituent of the S&P/TSX 60 and has a secondary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
