Camarines Sur's 1st congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Camarines Sur. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1919.[3] The district consists of the northern Camarines Sur municipalities of Cabusao, Del Gallego, Lupi, Ragay and Sipocot. It is represented in the 19th Congress by Tsuyoshi Anthony Horibata of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP).
