The Campeonato Brasileiro de Jiu-Jitsu (lit. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship), commonly known as Brasileiro, is an annual Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) tournament held in Brazil by the IBJJF. Brasileiro has been held annually since 1996, except for the year 2020 when it was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil.[2][3] Through 2012 the event was held at the Ginásio do Tijuca Tênis Clube in Rio de Janeiro; since 2013 it has been held at the Ginásio Poliesportivo José Corrêa in Barueri, São Paulo.
