Carl McClellan Hill (July 27, 1907, Norfolk, Virginia – April 4, 1995, Hampton, Virginia) was an American educator and academic administrator who served as president of Kentucky State University from 1962 to 1975,[1][2] and as the 11th president of Hampton University from 1976 to 1978.[3]
