Carleton T. Woodring was an American politician who represented the Lehigh Valley in the Pennsylvania State Senate for the 18th district as a Democrat from 1943 until 1948 when he resigned to run for Northampton County Judge, an office he would hold for 33 years from 1948 to 1981.[1][2]
