Carol Lynn Folt (born 1951) is an American academic administrator, currently serving as the 12th president of the University of Southern California since July 2019. She previously served as the 11th chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2013 to 2019 and as interim president of Dartmouth College from 2012 to 2013.
