Cate Le Bon (born Cate Timothy on 4 March 1983[1]) is a Welsh musician, songwriter and record producer. She sings in both English and Welsh.[2] She has released six solo studio albums, to date, and is one half of the experimental music duo DRINKS with her partner Tim Presley.[3] Her stage name is a tribute to English musician Simon Le Bon.[4]

As a record producer, Le Bon has worked with Deerhunter, John Grant, H. Hawkline, Kurt Vile, Josiah Steinbrick and Wilco.
