Cecily Mutitu Mbarire EGH A.K.A Karinda (born 26 December 1972)[1] is a Kenyan politician who has been serving as the governor of Embu County since August 25, 2022. She is the chairperson of Kenya`s ruling party, United Democratic Alliance,[2] and the patron of The Kenya Scouts Association (Embu County).
