Chan Kin-por, GBS, JP (Chinese: 陳健波; born 10 May 1954, China with family roots in Chaozhou, Guangdong) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Functional constituency, Insurance).[1] He became chairman of the Legco Finance Committee in 2015.[2] He has been appointed as Executive Council Member in 2022.[3]
