Charles James Castell Rowe (born 27 November 1951) is a former first-class cricketer who played for Kent County Cricket Club and Glamorgan County Cricket Club between 1974 and 1984. Rowe was born in Hong Kong and played three times for the Hong Kong national cricket team. He was educated at The King's School, Canterbury.[1]
