Petty Officer Chiman Singh, MVC (born 1 June 1945) was a sailor in the Indian Navy. He participated in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971,[1] and for his actions was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra, India's second highest gallantry award, and the Friends of Liberation War Award by Bangladesh.[2]
