City Center, formerly known as CentrePointe,[1] is a residential, commercial, and retail building in downtown Lexington, Kentucky that opened in 2020.[2] The plan consists of a 12-story office tower incorporating premium luxury condominiums in its top three floors, two hotels, retail spaces and an underground parking garage. The parking garage was completed in 2017.
