Clean Up Australia Limited is a not-for-profit Australian environmental conservation organisation. It is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.[3]

Clean Up Australia Limited has sponsored a yearly Clean Up Australia Day since 1990.[4] On the first Sunday of March each year,[5] groups of citizens clean up rubbish at different sites across the country.[6] According to the organisation, more than a million people participate each year.[7] Clean Up Australia Limited also supports other environmental efforts, including preventing waste in the environment.[4]
