Close is a 2019 British action thriller[2] film directed by Vicky Jewson and starring Noomi Rapace.[3][4] Rapace's character is based on that of Jacquie Davis, one of the world's leading female bodyguards, whose clients have included J. K. Rowling, Nicole Kidman and members of the British royal family.[5] The film was released on 18 January 2019 by Netflix.
