Cody James Grimm (born February 26, 1987) is an American football coach and former safety. He previously served as an assistant coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Grimm played college football at Virginia Tech and was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the seventh round of the 2010 NFL draft. He played for three seasons in the NFL with the Buccaneers.
