Cora Victoria Diehl (also known as Cora D. Harvey; January 19, 1869 – November 19, 1961) was an American politician who served from 1891 to 1893 as the first woman elected to public office in Oklahoma Territory.[2] Her election was upheld by the Oklahoma Territorial Supreme Court in Duvall v. Diehl (1892).
