Cristina H. Pacione-Zayas (born 1977/1978)[1] is an American politician and a former Democratic member of the Illinois State Senate. She resigned from the chamber in May 2023 to serve as deputy chief of staff to Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson.[2] On April 2, 2024, she was appointed as Chief of Staff by Mayor Johnson[3]
